Klagenfurt Airport has been connected to the Eurowings network again since Saturday. The airport greeted the plane coming from Cologne / Bonn with a trumpet and “squeezing”. In future, three weekly rounds will be offered.

For the time being, Eurowings will fly between Klagenfurt and Cologne / Bonn on Monday, Thursday and Sunday. In August 2021, the number of rotations per week is to be increased to four. The carrier uses medium-haul jets of the types Airbus A319 and A320.

“We are very pleased that Eurowings has resumed the connection to Cologne. The route has a long tradition and is an important connection, among other things, for Carinthian tourism, as many German guests like to travel quickly and comfortably by plane, ”says Klagenfurt sales manager Maximilian Wildt.
