After the umbrella association of airlines (IATA) presented the Covid-19 map, Eurowings is now also presenting an in-house travel assistant: the “Eurowings Flight Guide” is intended to help people keep an eye on entry regulations, which often change at short notice.

Customers simply enter their desired travel destination on eurowings.com and receive prompt information about current entry regulations. But not only that, also about any protective measures on site: What applies to hotels, holiday homes and restaurants in the country? Where is it necessary to wear a mask and what do guests have to consider when doing activities in the country? "We sense the uncertainty among customers and react to it with a smart, digital solution," says CEO Jens Bischof.
