Eurowings is now offering disinfectants from the manufacturer Sagrotan for sale in the on-board shop. This is money with a volume of 50 milliliters. Furthermore, the contents of the dispensers in the check-in areas in Düsseldorf and Cologne / Bonn as well as the towels that are distributed on board are obtained from this supplier.

“Our goal is to make traveling with Eurowings as carefree and flexible as possible for our passengers. This also means that we implement comprehensive hygiene protection measures in times of the corona pandemic. For this reason, we are working together with the number 1 disinfection brand in Germany as part of our “WeCare” promise. We are now offering our passengers Sagrotan hygiene products both at check-in and on board, ”says Lorenza Maggio, Vice President Product, Customer Experience & Marketing at Eurowings. "Since the beginning of the pandemic, Eurowings has developed comprehensive hygiene protection measures along the travel chain: For example, for reasons of hygiene or comfort, Eurowings customers can book a free middle seat for as little as 10 euros. In addition, all aircraft are equipped with so-called HEPA filters, which clean the cabin air from contaminants such as dust, bacteria and viruses. "
