At the international air show Le Bourget in Paris, all major aircraft manufacturers were able to register record orders from airlines. Airbus and Boeing alone booked 1.033 firm orders. FACC benefits significantly, the order book grows by around EUR 400 million as a result.

This year's Paris Air Show saw record orders from all international aerospace manufacturers. A total of around 1300 new aircraft were ordered, 1033 of them from Airbus and Boeing alone. Among the models most in demand are short and medium-haul aircraft, i.e. aircraft with a capacity of 150 to 220 passengers. FACC is benefiting greatly from this development, since FACC's lightweight construction solutions are used by all aircraft manufacturers. Overall, FACC's order book grew as a result by around EUR 400 million.
