Last Friday, FACC AG honored 222 long-standing employees for their loyal service. Together, the employees brought an impressive 3355 years of experience to the stage.
The award ceremony took place on the occasion of the Austrian aviation supplier's 35th anniversary. Employees with at least ten years of service were honored, including employees who have been with FACC since its founding. As part of the celebrations, the company looked back on its successes to date and presented its future strategies, which aim at more sustainable aviation technologies and developments in the field of advanced air mobility.
In his speech, CEO Robert Machtlinger emphasized that the company's success is largely based on the innovative strength and expertise of its workforce. FACC is one of the most attractive employers in Austria and offers flexible working time models to promote the compatibility of work and private life. Programs such as LIFE, which focuses on family, health and career, support employees throughout their entire working lives.
