The Austrian aviation supplier FACC AG was itself the victim of a cyber fraud case in 2015. Since then, they have invested heavily in security and have now received an award.

The ALC Cybersecurity Award was presented last Monday in the Vienna Hofburg. The award was accepted by CEO Robert Machtlinger and Alexander Hochmeier, VP IT & Security. “Safety requires the highest standards. Receiving the Cybersecurity Award underlines that our extensive efforts over the last few years are worthwhile. Even if you can never guarantee 100% security, it is good for us and our customers to know that we can count ourselves among the best companies in Austria in the field of cybersecurity. My special thanks go to the entire IT and security team at FACC, who have achieved a lot here in recent years,” says CEO Robert Machtlinger proudly.
