Fiji Airways has taken delivery of used Airbus A350-900 aircraft

Advertising

The second Airbus A350-941 for Fiji Airways departed Malta on Tuesday 29 August 2023 after undergoing maintenance at one of the island's MRO providers.

The aircraft, registration DQ-FAN, will fly via Changi Airport in Singapore and its final destination is Nadi Airport in Fiji. In 2019 it was originally delivered to Hainan Airlines as the B-308J before going to subsidiary Hong Kong Airlines as the B-LGI, although this was never taken up. The twin-engine airliner has now found a new home in the Pacific.
