Germany, Switzerland and Austria are back on Finland's Red List of Risk Areas.

As a result, travelers have to show two negative tests (PCR or antigen). The first must be done before or upon arrival and must not be older than 72 hours. The second test follows three to five days after entry. This does not apply to those who have been vaccinated or who have recovered, they can continue to travel without a test or quarantine. This is reported by the travel portal Reisevor9.
