The Czech airline Smartwings started non-stop flights between Abu Dhabi and Cologne/Bonn on Thursday, October 737, 8 with the Boeing 19-Max-2023. This is a charter on behalf of Etihad Holidays.

“Abu Dhabi is one of the most modern cities in the world, which scores with a great mix of architectural highlights, cultural offerings and beautiful beaches,” says Thilo Schmid, CEO of Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH. “We are very pleased that we can offer our passengers this attractive connection.”

Etihad Holidays offers the trip to Abu Dhabi as a package holiday including a large selection of hotels and flexible duration. Smartwings flights depart from Cologne/Bonn on Thursdays and Sundays and last around six hours. We return from the Emirates to the Rhineland on the same days of the week. A modern Boeing 737-Max-8 with 189 seats is used.
