Around 60 shops, restaurants and service facilities at Frankfurt Airport allow you to earn miles as part of the Lufthansa Miles & More program. This means that award miles can be collected before departure.

Whether parking your car in the multi-storey car park, eating in one of the numerous restaurants, shopping in the (online) shops or taking a tour of the apron - more than 60 shops and service facilities are already connected to the Miles & More program. These include the duty-free stores and boutiques of Frankfurt Airport Retail GmbH, the joint venture between Gebrüder Heinemann and Fraport AG. Fashion houses and 29 retail and hospitality concepts from the Lagardère Travel Retail Group with brands such as Natoo, Relay, Tribs, hub Convenience, Discover and Coffee Fellows are also part of the programme. Other partners will follow in the coming months with the aim of integrating as many shops, services and products as possible at Frankfurt Airport.

“The strategic cooperation with Miles & More is a logical and consistent step in the further development of the passenger and shopping experience at Frankfurt Airport. By using the synergies between the two companies, we can offer our passengers an attractive incentive by collecting award miles across the board,” emphasizes Benjamin Ritschel, Vice President Retail Marketing at Fraport AG. The participating shops are marked locally with the Miles & More mileage symbol “M”. When paying, members simply show their digital service card in the Miles & More app or enter it when shopping online. The mileage account is automatically credited.

Fraport's own services, such as the visitor center and airport tours, also take part in the partnership. Visitors can easily earn miles at the airport outside of their travel times. Guests can also earn miles when booking parking spaces online. As a rule, Miles & More members are credited one mile for every euro they spend as part of the partnership. There are also regularly changing campaigns and promotions with multiple or additional miles. At the official start of the partnership, all affiliated dealers and services will receive triple miles for every euro spent until August 31st. Members who register with Miles & More via Frankfurt Airport by December 31, 2022 can also look forward to up to 1.000 award miles.

“With this partnership, we are expanding our portfolio along the travel chain for our members and offering new incentives to participate in the Miles & More program with special offers,” says Armin Czapla, Senior Director Partner Sales & Ambient at Miles & More GmbH. "The partnership in the triad of brands Lufthansa, Miles & More and Fraport also offers additional retail potential for all sides at a location that is very important to us."
