Fraport AG: Contract extension for Stefan Schulte

The Supervisory Board of Fraport AG has decided that the contract with CEO Stefan Schulte will be extended early. The new mandate runs from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2027.

“Stefan Schulte has made Fraport one of the world's leading international airport operators with a sustainable strategy. Fraport is successful and on the right path,” said Michael Boddenberg, Hessian Finance Minister and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fraport AG. “Despite the significant turmoil during the coronavirus pandemic, Dr. Schulte was used for important future projects and their implementation made significant progress.”
