The Austrian technology group Frequentis achieved significant growth in revenue and earnings in the 2024 fiscal year. According to the company, revenue increased by 12,4 percent to €480,3 million. Order intake recorded an even stronger increase of 15,7 percent, reaching €583,8 million. The order backlog at the end of the year was a substantial €724 million, providing a solid foundation for future growth.

The company's profitability also increased significantly in the reporting year. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) increased by 20,5 percent to €32,1 million. This led to an improvement in the EBIT margin to 6,7 percent, compared to 6,2 percent in the previous year. This positive development reflects Frequentis's successful business operations in its core areas.

Frequentis is an international company specializing in communication and information systems for safety-critical applications. Its main business areas include air traffic control, public safety (police, fire departments, rescue services), and public transport. The positive development in 2024 is likely to be largely due to the continued demand for modern and reliable communication solutions in these sectors. The high order backlog indicates that Frequentis can expect stable business development in the coming years.
