The German airline German Airways is currently looking for pilots for the Cologne / Bonn and Rostock-Laage locations. Both captains with a type rating for the Embraer 190 and first officers will be hired.

The carrier that emerged from WDL specializes in providing charter and ACMI services. The fleet currently consists of five Embraer 190 regional jets took over the Rostock-Laage airport and sets at the beginning of 2022 a second managing director.

With the acquisition of the civil part of Rostock-Laage Airport by the German Airways parent company Zeitfracht, the company will have a second home location in addition to the current home base at Cologne / Bonn Airport in the coming year. At the moment it is mainly used for training flights on the Embaren E190. This gives airmen who are based in north-east Germany the chance of a job close to their home.
