Graz: Air France rejects the Paris route

Advertising

For a few days, a rumor has been circulating in Austria that Air France will start a non-stop connection between Graz and Paris-Charles de Gaulle in the summer flight schedule of 2021. Air France-KLM denies this and states that it cannot expressly confirm this.

A connection to the Skyteam hub Paris-CDG has been on the wish list of Graz Airport for a long time. So far, Air France or a codeshare partner has not been enthusiastic about this. After all: Graz has a connection to the Amsterdam hub operated by KLM Cityhopper and this is currently being flown despite the lockdown.

However, Air France-KLM rejects a recording of Graz-Paris Charles de Gaulle. A spokesperson told Aviation Direct: “We cannot confirm this rumor. Air France regularly reviews the network possibilities. As soon as a decision is made about Graz, we will certainly communicate in good time. " The aviation group also denies a possible “change” - the cessation of Amsterdam, in return the inclusion of Paris-CDG.
