The airline Eurowings is again postponing the start of the planned non-stop flights between Hamburg and Gothenburg. It was recently announced that from October 30, 2022 there should be flights six times a week.

Available flight plan data shows that the start of this route has been postponed to March 26, 2023. From this date, Eurowings wants to fly three times a week between the two cities, provided that there are no further delays. The flights are to be operated on Monday, Friday and Sunday with Airbus A319.

The non-stop connection between Hamburg and Gothenburg was originally announced for October 31, 2021. For a variety of reasons, Eurowings has pushed the date back again and again. It therefore remains to be seen whether March 26, 2023, which has now been entered into the systems, will hold.

With smaller aircraft, such as the A 220-100/300 /E 190 E2, one would be much more flexible (economical) in these unpredictable times and would have the opportunity to develop a route.
