Hamburg: MSC Magnifica back on cruise

Advertising

The MSC shipping company resumed operations with the cruise ship Magnifica on February 6, 2022. The ship, which was primarily used from Hamburg, has been in port since mid-December 2021.

The background to the temporary break was that the entry and quarantine regulations were tightened by various countries. Due to the Omicron variant, cruise ships were not allowed to enter the ports in some places.

On February 6, 2022, MSC Cruises put the Magnifica back to sea with passengers from Hamburg. The first is a seven-day cruise calling at IJmuiden, Zeebrugge, Le Havre and Southampton, among others. The planned trips are to be continued until April 2022.
