The startup Tel Aviv Air will not start the charter flights planned from Hamburg as originally announced, but will postpone the first flight to December 16, 2021.

The company itself is not an airline, but intends to have Enter Air operate the chartered Boeing 737 flights. It's not the first delay, because you actually wanted to from September 19, 2021 operate between Hamburg and Tel Aviv.

According to a company announcement, the aim is now December 16, 2021 and also gives a reason for this: Israel's entry regulations are still restrictive and, according to Tel Aviv Air, do not allow tourist flights. The startup's offer is charter and not scheduled flights.
