Hannover Airport gets a second managing director in Maik Blötz. He will take office on January 1, 2023. The Supervisory Board has already passed the necessary resolution.
The manager has been working at Hannover-Langenhagen Airport since 2008 and is currently head of the infrastructure division. Bloetz has been part of the extended management team since 2019. "We are convinced that Maik Blötz will be committed and successful in driving forward the strategic realignment of the airport infrastructure and process optimization in many sub-areas," said Reiner Schränkler, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, explaining the personnel decision.
On March 1st of this year, Martin Roll took up his post as Commercial Director at Hanover Airport. He took up his position alongside CEO Raoul Hille. He will retire at the end of 2022 after 18 years at the helm of the airport.
