The airline Helvetic Airways will also be offering holiday flights from Bern and Zurich in the summer of 2023. According to their own statements, the hot water targets will be included earlier than before in the coming year. It will start in Zurich in April 2023 and in Bern in May 2023.

The Embraer operator is one of the few airlines that also operate from Bern-Belp. Apart from general aviation and a few other charter flights, there has been very little going on at this airport since SkyWork Airlines went bankrupt. In cooperation with the tour operators Hotelplan and Tui Suisse or Universal, there will be flights to Palma de Mallorca again from May 21, 2023. Initially, the full charter flights will be operated once a week, before two more rotations per week will be added at the beginning of June 2023. The tour operator will also fly once a week to Kos, Rhodes, Cyprus and Antalya. An Embraer 2023-E190 with 2 seats will be stationed at Bern-Belp Airport in the summer of 110. Other destinations may be added on behalf of other tour operators. Corresponding talks are currently underway, although the result is not yet foreseeable.

Helvetic Airways will also fly from Sion in the summer of 2023. From the beginning of June to mid-October 2023, Buchard Voyages will operate charter flights to Palma de Mallorca. There is currently no regular scheduled service in Sion, but there is extensive general and business aviation and occasional full charters. Helvetic Airways has not yet provided any specific information about the aircraft that will be used on Palma flights from this airport.

The Swiss carrier will operate most holiday flights from the largest airport in the Confederation, Zurich-Kloten. The summer program starts in April 2023 and is expected to end in October 2023. Initially, flights to Crete, Cyprus and Hurghada will be operated from this airport for Hotelplan. In May 2023, a connection to Palma de Mallorca will be added on Sundays. This can also be booked through the Tour Operator Universal.

The summer holidays in Switzerland will start in July 2023. The destinations Kos and Antalya will then also be offered from Zurich. In addition, Hotelplan will fly to Crete once a week. There are full charter flights to Kittilä in Finland on behalf of Kontiki. From Zurich, mainly Embraer E195-E2, which are equipped with 134 seats, are to be used. Helvetic Airways expects high demand and suspects that some connections could be sold out quickly.
