Potential guests can chat with the GPT bot on the hotel website and receive information on a wide range of topics relating to the hotel and the surrounding area. The system responds in a context-specific manner and addresses all questions - in all languages! For example, if someone asks the chatbot in Chinese about the sauna area and mentions that they easily get circulatory problems, the AI system responds accordingly in Chinese and suggests, for example, our bio sauna or the steam bath, along with tips on how to use them safely.
