The slump in sales calculated on a comparable basis by 57,7 percent to 808,9 million Swiss francs resulted in the worst business result in the history of the Swiss travel group. Nevertheless: "Our customers were held harmless, because the Hotelplan Group has made all corona-related repayments," says the press release. The Federation of Migros Cooperatives made a significant contribution by making sufficient liquidity available during this challenging time so that the customer monies could be refunded as quickly as possible. At this point in time, a forecast for the current financial year is hardly possible.
