Skyteam member Korean Air is closing the city offices in Vienna, Zurich, Rome, Milan, Madrid and Frankfurt am Main. In view of the corona pandemic, the carrier wants to reposition itself and rely heavily on direct communication in the future.

In Europe, the offices in London, Paris, Amsterdam and Prague will remain. In some cases, the city offices will be integrated into those at the airports. According to the carrier's notification, the contact persons should remain unchanged. Korean Air did not announce whether this measure will also lead to job cuts.
