Level flight has to make emergency landing in the Canary Islands due to medical emergency

An Iberia flight from Buenos Aires to Barcelona, ​​operated by an Airbus A330-200 of Airline Level (operated by Iberia), had to make an emergency landing in the Canary Islands due to a medical emergency.

A passenger showed symptoms of a stroke during the flight, after which the crew organized an urgent landing on Gran Canaria. The incident occurred near the archipelago east of Western Sahara. The exact health condition of the affected passenger is currently unknown.
