Ljubljana: Air Cairo has canceled Hurghada flights

Advertising

Contrary to the original plans, the Egyptian airline Air Cairo will not be offering any Hurghada flights from the Slovenian capital's airport Ljubljana. Instead, one connects Sarajevo.

Air Cairo actually wanted to operate the following routing from October 1, 2022: Hurghada-Skopje-Ljubljana-Hurghada. In the short term, however, it was decided that the Slovenian capital would not be headed for. Originally it was planned that the triangular flights should be carried out once a week.

Instead, Sarajevo is connected in a triangle. From October 7, 2022, Air Cairo will fly as follows: Hurghada-Sarajevo-Skopje-Hurghada. It is currently planned that this routing should be offered once a week. The reason for the change is that Ljubljana was unable to attract enough bookings.
