The provider Magnum FBO Austria, which specializes in the handling of business jets, will open its own lounge in the General Aviation Center at Salzburg Airport on April 25, 2024.

“The opening of our new exclusive lounge at Salzburg Airport marks a milestone for Magnum FBO and underlines our commitment to continuously improving our customers’ travel experience. We are proud to create an oasis of peace and luxury that offers our guests an unforgettable stay before and after their flights,” said Magnum FBO Managing Director Florian Samsinger.

The Herbert von Karajan Terminal was opened in the administrative part of the airport in 1999 to meet the needs of private flight customers and is still reminiscent of the famous conductor and private pilot Herbert von Karajan. In recent years, this lounge has served as a special waiting area for private passengers from all over the world, including personalities from business, politics and culture. “Airports have to constantly develop, this not only affects the areas for scheduled and holiday guests, it affects the entire infrastructure of our airport group.
