Memmingen urgently looking for new employees

Memmingen Airport is on a growth course - not only in terms of flight destinations and passenger numbers, which are rising sharply. The airport team also needs reinforcement and offers numerous new positions, attractive discounts and interested parties a quick and uncomplicated application.

"In addition to a varied and exciting workplace, we offer our colleagues a whole range of additional services that are not commonplace," explains Managing Director Ralf Schmid. In November last year, every full-time employee received a Christmas bonus of EUR 1.500. In addition, at the end of the year there was a tax-free inflation compensation bonus of 1.500 euros full-time. In January, there was a general salary adjustment of 5,5 percent to compensate for inflation.

In order to offer interested parties a look behind the scenes of the airport and the potential new job, Memmingen Airport is holding a so-called job tasting on March 3rd. "Just take a look, get to know the workplace and your colleagues without obligation," is how Diana Vogt, Head of Human Resources, sums up the offer that is available that day from 15.30:19.30 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. The airport is also taking new, unconventional paths when it comes to applications and introductions: anyone who has decided to change jobs can come to the job casting the next day, March 16, from XNUMX a.m. to XNUMX p.m. "Without writing an application," says Vogt, "you can just come to the interview and we'll see together whether we want to work together in the future." You can register online for both appointments.
