The Lab Campus at Munich Airport has a new, prominent tenant: Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS) has rented space with a total area of around 2.700 m2 in so-called LAB 48.
Around 150 employees from the administrative department of German Air Traffic Control, who are currently still working in the existing DFS premises at Munich Airport, are to be deployed in LAB 48 in the future. "After Argo AI - one of the world's leading technology companies in the field of autonomous driving - DFS is already the second well-known company in the field of mobility to be located at the Lab Campus. We are very pleased that DFS has decided to take advantage of the opportunities created here. This also sends an important signal to other potential users of the LabCampus who deal with mobility and traffic issues or other future-relevant issues, ”explained Jost Lammers, CEO of Flughafen München GmbH.
