The members of the pilots’ association Aeropers have accepted the new collective agreement (GAV) for Edelweiss Air with a clear majority.

The contract strengthens the working conditions of the cockpit crews and offers planning security for all parties involved. According to Clemens Kopetz, President of Aeropers, the agreement reflects both the requirements of Edelweiss Air's business model and the interests of the pilots. The acceptance marks an important step towards a long-term and cooperative partnership.
