Frankfurt Airport will introduce its new winter flight schedule from October 27, 2024, which will be valid until March 29, 2025.

A total of 79 airlines offer connections to 243 destinations in 93 countries. With over 3.600 flights per week, around 675.000 seats are available, which represents an increase of four percent compared to the previous year, which was affected by strikes. Frankfurt remains Germany's leading international hub.

Air traffic to Northern Europe in particular will be expanded this winter. Lufthansa and Discover Airlines are introducing new flights to Finland and Norway, including Rovaniemi, Kittilä and Alta. Discover Airlines will also be flying to Ibiza for the first time this winter. Long-haul connections to Latin America and Asia will also be expanded, for example with new flights from Condor to Mexico and Thailand. The connection to Seoul will be strengthened by T'way Air, and Etihad Airways is increasing the frequency of its flights to Abu Dhabi. In addition, the merger of Vistara and Air India will lead to new flight numbers and a relocation of terminals.
