No all-season route: Etihad only serves Abu Dhabi-Düsseldorf in winter

Etihad Airways actually announced the flight connection between Abu Dhabi and Düsseldorf, which started a few weeks ago, as a year-round route. Nothing will come of this as this route will now be operated seasonally.

However, this does not apply to the Copenhagen connection, which was operated for the first time at the same time, because the golf carrier is sticking to its original plan. Düsseldorf will only be served via the 2023/24 winter flight schedule and will therefore be paused in summer 2024. The carrier confirms that it will fly between Abu Dhabi and Düsseldorf again in winter 2024/25. Etihad Airways did not provide further details about this decision.
