Until now, “Off to Vacation” was only active in online travel sales. That has changed because the first stationary travel agency, which is run as a so-called flagship store, has been opened in Leipzig, Saxony.
Further branches in Germany are already being planned. In addition, the parent company Invia Travel Germany explains that it is planning a franchise program. This could mean that independent travel agencies could act as franchise partners.
The move into brick-and-mortar business is also justified by the desire to improve proximity to customers. It is also pointed out that the Invia Group already operates around 300 travel agencies - under other brands - in numerous other countries.
