Parachute team remembers the terrorist attacks: The Cypres demo team completed symbolic parachute jumps at Paderborn / Lippstadt Airport on Saturday. The local airport fire brigade was part of this emotional event.

20 years after the terrorist attacks, in which almost 3.000 people were killed and thousands more were injured, the parachute team took part in a worldwide action with their jumps at Paderborn / Lippstadt Airport. The jumping team with Ralf Grabowsky, Jörg Kruckenberg, Stefan Rommel, Horst Salmen and Sven Schillmüller remembered the unforgettable victims.

The jumps were also used to get to know the weather and wind conditions at the home port even better. Because on October 2nd, the team wants to regain the world record with the largest flag in the sky, which is currently 4.886 square meters and was set up in Dubai in 2018.
