Print Friendly, PDF & Email

It has been known for some time that Lufthansa wants to sell some of its maintenance subsidiary. After initially many interested parties, only three remained. These are exclusively capital market companies.

Bain Capital, CVC Capital Partners and Advent International are said to still be on board. In mid-June 2023, Lufthansa intends to grant the remaining interested parties access to the data room and then request binding offers. The Kranich Group wants to sell up to 20 percent to Lufthansa Technik and earn at least 1,5 billion euros for this.
