Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The Icelandic airline Play Airlines has expanded its Play Connect platform to include a cooperation with EasyJet.

This partnership, enabled by Dohop's interlining technology, is expected to significantly improve the travel options for Play customers. Travelers can now choose from over 350 unique city connections that extend beyond Play's own network. The technology allows airlines to offer more flexible connections without relying on traditional agreements.

By integrating easyJet, Play Connect will offer a wider range of European destinations and facilitate connecting flights. Play Airlines plans to further expand its network to enter into partnerships with airlines from the US, Canada, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia. The aim is to strengthen Iceland as an international hub and provide travellers with a cost-effective, seamless travel experience.
