With the time change on October 27, 2024, a record winter flight schedule will begin at Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport (FKB).

New destinations such as Banja Luka, Tangier and Suceava, which were already added to the summer flight schedule, will now also be served in winter. Popular destinations such as Seville, Tenerife South and Thessaloniki are also returning. Ryanair is increasing frequencies on numerous routes and is stationing three aircraft at FKB for the first time in winter.

During the Baden-Württemberg autumn holidays in 2024, the airport expects 25% more passengers than in the previous year. A total of around 625.000 travelers are to be transported on 4.000 flights during the winter flight schedule, an increase of 35% compared to winter 2023/24. Passengers should be at the airport early due to possible longer waiting times at security checks.
