The house brand of Mannheim Airport, Rhein-Neckar Air, has been back in the air since Saturday. After a long break, MHS Aviation again operated Sylt flights with a Dornier 328. RNA is what is known as a virtual airline.

MHS Aviation was unable to operate Rhein-Neckar-Air flights for almost eight months. The background to this is the low demand due to the corona pandemic. From Mannheim, Hamburg, Berlin and Sylt, among others, are offered under this brand. The last-mentioned destination is also available from Kassel-Calden.

On Saturday the time had come: A Dornier 328 flew from Mannheim to Sylt. This means that there are regular scheduled flights again at the small airport. Three circuits per week are planned for this destination. From Kassel-Calden there will be two flights a week. RNA intends to resume the other destinations in the route network as well.
