The airline Rhein-Neckar Air (RNA) will change its name as part of its insolvency proceedings and operate as “Mannheim City Airlines”.

The change of brand was confirmed by the “Mannheimer Morgen”. The business model is to remain unchanged; destinations such as Sylt and Elba are to continue to be served. To ensure financial stability, an investor is to be found, with whom discussions are ongoing. Insolvency administrator Thomas Oberle commented on the negotiations with potential investors without revealing any details.
