A vaccination campaign by the police and the Hanseatic City of Lübeck was broken up at Lübeck Airport. According to the announcement, this should have been very popular, but the vaccine offered was not approved. The executive is now investigating suspected violations of the Medicines Act.
It is no coincidence that the action was carried out in the airport terminal. The vaccine offered was developed by the doctor Winfried Stöcker himself. In April 2020, his office confirmed that self-tests are already being carried out. According to the EMA, there is currently no application for market approval, so none have been granted so far.
Local media report that there should have been an appointment for the vaccination campaign carried out on Saturday. The executive took samples of the vaccine and secured syringes and vaccination lists. The authority has not yet given any further details. It is unclear how many people were vaccinated. According to official reports, there were around 80 people in front of the terminal and around 150 in the check-in hall.
