The airline Singapore Airlines and the travel group Tui signed a contract for international cooperation on Monday. This includes, among other things, increased cooperation in 14 European countries.

Singapore Airlines is hoping for improved sales opportunities in Europe, as it will reach around 27 million Tui customers in the future. In return, the tour operator will have access to special offers and tariffs of the carrier. The implementation of an NDC interface in TUI's new central platform system also makes this technically possible.

"We are very excited to be working with Tui," said Sek Eng Lee, Singapore Airlines' Regional Vice President Europe. “This regional European agreement further strengthens our partnership. The first-class Singapore Airlines travel experience and the high-quality travel products from TUI complement each other perfectly. We look forward to working together to better fulfill our customers' dreams of seeing the world ”.

Olaf Petersenn, Director Global Flight Marketplace, adds: "We are very pleased to have reached this agreement with Singapore Airlines, because it ensures that we can offer our customers in all markets both package holidays and our flight consolidator business, to always be able to make very attractive offers ”.
