Investor Dietz is building a 3-star intercity hotel on Willy-Brandt-Platz directly in front of Terminal 1.

Dietz AG is building a 1-star IntercityHotel directly in front of Terminal 3 of the new Berlin Brandenburg airport. The six-storey property will have 357 rooms, a large SPA area, 450 square meters of conference space and a restaurant with bistro lounge - and will be completed by spring 2022.

“When the new hotel opens in spring 2022, it will bring further vitality to Willy-Brandt-Platz. This creates a first impression of the urbanity that we would also like for the other landside development projects. That is why the hotel is also an important milestone in the development of the BER real estate location. We are pleased to have a strong partner on board for this important construction project in Dietz and wish them all the best ”, says Engelbert Lütke Daldrup, CEO of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH.
