The Viennese restaurant concept "Ströck-Feierabend" is kicking off this year's pop-up season with a special collaboration. The duo Rosa & Marie, known for their innovative and quality-conscious cuisine, will bring their culinary signature to the restaurant for a limited time. This first-time collaboration promises a blend of traditional craftsmanship and experimental taste experiences.
As part of the pop-up, Rosa & Marie will present a specially created menu offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. It begins with a selection of bread specialties from "Ströck-Feierabend," accompanied by carbonara butter and pickled vegetables from their own production. Other offerings include beef tartare on fried brioche, a spring vegetable tempura with ingredients from the "Ströck-Feierabend" garden, a vegetarian Fiaker goulash roll, and a croissant with organic beef and cheese. For fish lovers, the menu includes Viennese catfish with stale bread chips and salted lemon aioli.
Sweet treats are also not neglected. Rosa & Marie reinterpret the traditional bonfire and also offer a "Feierabend Croissant Ice Cream." All dishes are also available for takeout. Emilia Orth-Blau of Rosa & Marie expressed her enthusiasm for the pop-up debut and emphasized the goal of creating culinary delights with great taste and respect. Stephanie Dürrstein of "Ströck-Feierabend" is looking forward to the collaboration and sees Rosa & Marie's unconventional approach as a perfect complement to their own concept.
