In the 2024 summer flight schedule, the German holiday airline Condor will also head to San Antonio in the US state of Texas from Frankfurt am Main. The carrier claims that this is the only non-stop connection from Europe to date.

The airline currently plans to serve the new destination seasonally between May and September 2024. Airbus A330-900s will generally be used as aircraft. For some time now, Condor has been replacing the aging Boeing 767s with brand-new Airbus A330neo. They also have some A330-200s.

According to the airline, the Frankfurt-San Antonio route will be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the summer of 2024. In addition to San Antonio, Miami, Florida has also been added to the 2024 summer flight schedule with three weekly connections. Additionally, Calgary, Alberta returns with two weekly flights.

“North America is particularly popular with travelers, which is why we are happy to offer our guests even more options for their flights. In summer 2024, we will be offering additional destinations and additional connections to the most popular destinations in North America. New to the flight schedule is San Antonio in Texas, which we are the only airline to fly directly to from Europe,” explains Managing Director Ralf Teckentrup.
