The German holiday airline Sundair will also fly from Kassel-Calden in the upcoming summer flight schedule 2022. The carrier will offer the destinations Palma de Mallorca, Heraklion, Rhodes, Hurghada and Fuerteventura between May and October 2022.

The sale of flight tickets has already started. The German airline will take off from May to October four times a week to Mallorca (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays), three times a week to Crete (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), and twice a week to Rhodes (Thursdays and Saturdays), to Fuerteventura (Wednesdays and Sundays) and to Hurghada / Egypt (Mondays and Fridays).

“We are very pleased that we can offer our customers from Kassel the usual sunny program for the coming summer. The variety of destinations gives our vacationers a wide variety of options for their summer vacation ”, says Marcos Rossello, Managing Director of Sundair.

This year until the end of October there will be several times a week with Sundair to Mallorca, Crete, Rhodes, Fuerteventura and Antalya. The flight schedule is supplemented on Saturdays in October by Rhein-Neckar-Air flights to Sylt and Usedom. On November 01st, 2021 the winter flight schedule starts with weekly flights to Hurghada / Egypt, Gran Canaria, and Fuerteventura.

Lars Ernst, Managing Director of Kassel Airport: “I am pleased that the sun-hungry passengers in our region have the opportunity to book their next summer vacation from Kassel Airport in good time with the flight schedule that has now been published. Many have now for a long time gone without vacation and can now finally plan long-term vacation again. I am convinced that booking early will also make work easier for travel agencies. We are delighted that we can continue our successful cooperation with Sundair in the long term in 2022. "
