The majority of the members of the Swiss pilots' union Aeropers have accepted the collective labor agreement concluded with the airline Swiss. This was agreed in October 2022 and came into force retrospectively on January 1, 2023.

"The road to the new GAV was very rocky, but the contract accepted today by the Aeropers members brings benefits for both sides," says Clemens Kopetz, President of the Aeropers Pilots' Association. "After agreeing on the key figures, we took the time needed to work out the details to find clear formulations so that we would have to have as few detailed discussions as possible on the interpretation of the GAV2023 in the coming years".
