On June 19, 2024, Condor celebrated a significant event: the official delivery of its first brand new A321neo. This step marks the beginning of a new era for Germany's most popular holiday airline, which is focusing on modernizing its fleet. Last Friday, at 13:00 p.m., the aircraft's first commercial flight took off as flight DE1478 from Frankfurt to Tenerife South. After arrival, it will return to Frankfurt as flight DE1479. In the coming days, the A321neo will fly from Düsseldorf to various destinations such as the Greek islands of Chania, Heraklion, Preveza and Kos, as well as to Jerez de la Frontera and Pristina in Kosovo. Condor's new A321neo is equipped in a two-class configuration with Business Class and Economy Class and offers a total of 233 seats in a 3-3 seating arrangement. On board, passengers can enjoy the internet and entertainment portal “FlyConnect”, which offers a wide selection of blockbusters, classics, children’s films and an extensive range of music and magazines. The new mood lighting, adapted to the Condor colour concept, creates a pleasant atmosphere that increases the comfort of passengers.
