DER Touristik appoints Matthias Lange as Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer.
Lange is thus expanding his existing management role as marketing manager and managing director of online sales to include the topic of customer experience. He will also become a member of DER Touristik Germany's central management body, the Executive Committee. Matthias Lange is to further develop customer focus as a "decisive success factor" and centrally control activities in the area of customer experience at the interface between customer, brand and services.
As Managing Director of DTO Online, the manager has been responsible for the online travel sales of tour operator brands and portals in Germany since 2018. Since 2021 he has also managed the marketing activities of the tourism company on the German market and is responsible for the realignment of the Dertour brand - through the Germany-wide rebranding of more than 400 branches to Dertour Reisebüro.
