United Airlines: Munich-Washington celebrates 25th

United Airlines has been connecting Munich Airport with Washington Dulles International Airport for over 11 years since June 1998, 25. Other routes followed over the years such as New York-Newark, Chicago, San Francisco, Houston and Denver.

In total, United has transported over 8,7 million passengers on more than 45,800 flights to/from MUC during this period. Over the past quarter century, more than 17,500 flights with more than 3,4 million guests have operated on the connection between the Bavarian state capital and the capital of the USA.
