The Indian airline Vistara is postponing the frequency increases on the routes from Delhi to Frankfurt am Main and Paris originally announced for October 30, 2022 by around a week.

The carrier intends to double the number of weekly rotations between Delhi and Frankfurt from three to six in the 2022/23 winter flight schedule. Actually, this step was intended to take effect on October 30, 2022. For reasons that were not explained in more detail, it was decided that the frequency increase should not be implemented until November 7, 2022. One then wants to fly with Boeing 787-9 every day, except on the traffic day Wednesday.

The route to Paris-Charles de Gaulle is also affected by a delay. This should be increased from the current two weekly rotations to five rotations by October 30, 2022. Vistara is also postponing this to November 7, 2022 for reasons that are not specified. This route is to be served with Boeing 787-9s on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday traffic days.
