Last week, Wizz Air started a non-stop connection between Dortmund and Brasov. This should be operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

“Given the high demand for Romanian destinations, we are extremely pleased to be able to offer our passengers Brasov, the eighth destination in Romania. From the existing routes, we see that the Romanian destinations are very attractive for home travelers as well as for business travelers and tourists,” says Guido Miletic, Head of Airport Services + Marketing & Sales.

In addition to Brasov, Dortmund Airport already has Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Târgu Mureș, Suceava, Sibiu and Iași as Romanian destinations in its portfolio. The ninth destination, Craiova, will follow at the end of October.
