The Hungarian low-cost airline Wizzair has announced the destination Cluj-Napoca for the 2021 summer flight schedule from Hamburg, Cologne / Bonn and Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden. These are to be added gradually from June 1, 2021.

Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden will kick off with three weekly rounds. One day later, Hamburg follows with two rotations per week. From June 5, 2021, Wizzair will be heading to the Romanian destination at the same frequencies from Cologne / Bonn. Wizzair flights to Cluj are already available from Dortmund, Frankfurt Hahn, Memmingen, Nuremberg and Berlin.

“Traditionally, there are diverse relationships between Transylvania and Germany. "In this way we can not only offer people who want to get their jobs and study places in Germany a quick and inexpensive way to travel, but also enable visits to friends and relatives in both countries," explains Wizz Air press spokesman Andras Rado.
